Every feeding journey is unique and I wanted to share a little of mine. It should feel normal to talk openly about these experiences—because if we can’t be honest, we can’t grow. Feeding my first daughter was more challenging. With Food, glorious food 🤍 One of my greatest passions is creating — and more importantly, enjoying — deeply nourishing meals. After my autoimmune diagnosis, I began cooking in a way that truly supports my body — low-inflammatory, fro ✨ Celebrating World Doula Week ✨ This week, we honour the incredible power of support, care, and connection during one of life’s most transformative journeys—birth.
